Your Commitment
“Caveat Emptor”. Neither OVRC nor the seller are responsible for the condition of the items. None of these items (except a few tubes) have been tested. They might or might not work. Pay your money, take your chances.
What you see is what you get. If you cannot see it in the picture, it is likely not included in the lot. Items may not be complete.
These items could have dangerous wiring, damaged capacitors, broken insulation or other failures making them unsafe to use. OVRC takes no responsibility for any damage or harm resulting from using or transporting these items.
Your bid is a commitment to buy the lot if you win. If you bid and win, we will expect you to pay-up and pick-up. Do not bid if you are unable to follow through.
Do not expect to be able to alter or withdraw a bid. Buyers who do not honour their bidding commitments will be subject to sanctions as determined by the club executive.
If we make an error, or you make an error in the bidding process, you must tell us as soon as possible.
